New Construction Office

The project has a budget of NT$1,172,962,332. The planned building consists of six floors above ground and two basement levels, encompassing classrooms, a library, faculty offices, and an underground parking facility. The total floor area is approximately 25,235 square meters, with a construction period of 1,091 calendar days. Construction commenced in March 2021, and the main structure was completed on July 19, 2024. The building design is elegant and streamlined, with a large skylight that allows abundant natural light, making it a landmark architectural feature in the Da’an District. Additionally, in collaboration with the Taipei City Parking Management and Development Office, the building includes two basement levels of parking space, which is expected to significantly improve parking availability for nearby residents.
