What are the date of issuance and effective date of the charging standard on use of urban roads?
“The Charging Standard on Use of Urban Roads” was issued as per Decree Wording Taineiyingtzi No. 0940082179 by the Ministry of Interior on March 25, 2005 and came into effect on January 1, 2005 as stipulated under Article 6 of this Standard.
All 6 articles were amended and promulgated as per the letter of Ministry of the Interior, no. Tai Nei Ying 0970804733, dated July 1 2008 and in effect immediately except for the amended table in Article 2, which was enforced on Jan 1 2008. Article 6 and the table in Article 2 were amended and promulgated as per the letter no. Tai Nei Ying 1010811762, dated December 26 2012, and the table of Article 2 was in effect on Jan 1 2012. Addendum for amendments to Article 6 and Article 2 based on Order Tai-Nei-Yin-Zi No. 1050803023 issued on 31 March 2016.
On September 8, 2021, the Ministry of the Interior issued the official letter Tai Nei Ying Zi No. 1100814252 to amend and promulgate all 6 articles and the appendix to Article 2; which shall come into force on January 1, 2021.
